For bulk, wholesale, or custom manufacturing orders, separate quotations and payment terms may apply as agreed in writing.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Title Risk

We aim to dispatch orders within the time frame communicated at the time of purchase; however, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the goods are handed over to the courier, transporter, or logistics partner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance (if applicable), force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Product Information & Availability

All product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, GSM details, and dimensions are provided for general reference. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, dye lots, or manufacturing processes.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, pricing, offers, or stock availability without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
